Our client and their Architect wanted the steelwork to be on show and a feature in the kitchen and living areas of this contemporary redevelopment. The exposed steels required a minimum 1 hr fire protection using an Intumescent paint to comply with Building Regulations. Shop applied, the paint system we chose achieved this with thorough checks carried out during and after the painting process ensuring full compliance to the specification.
